Program: Little Elm Grooming appointment reminders. When you check the text-reminder box while creating an account or booking, you agree to receive appointment reminder and confirmation texts from Little Elm Grooming at the number you provide.
What you will receive: reminders before your pet's appointment (usually 48 and 24 hours before) asking you to reply YES to confirm or NO to cancel, plus messages about changes to your booked appointment. No marketing messages.
Message frequency: varies, about 2 messages per appointment.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
