Little Elm Grooming ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you book with us or use our website and app, and how we use it.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, address, your pets' details (name, breed, age, vaccine records and photos), your appointment history, and your text-message preferences. Card payments are processed by Square; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To schedule and manage your grooming appointments, send appointment reminders and confirmations, contact you about your pet's appointment, and keep records of the services we provide.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, we text you appointment reminders and confirmations. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our texting provider) that deliver messages on our behalf.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (payment processing, text and email delivery, website hosting), or when required by law.
Your choices
You can view and update your information in your account, or call us to change or delete it.
